Communication is a
process of exchange that is give and take of information by message or
otherwise the word communication originates from
COMMUNIS a Latin word meaning to take common. Communication is a process of
sharing experience till it becomes a common possession. Communication is a two
way process of reading mutual understanding which participants not only
exchange information, news, ideas and feelings but also create a share meaning.

Decoding : The
decoding of the message can be hindered by the receiver’s attitude and the
distorted message can be lead to misinterpretation
